Huzzah and Good Luck!

It’s here at last—the 2012 Olympics. A far cry from the 1900 Olympics, when women draped in heavy Victorian garb were first allowed to compete and the events included ballooning, tug-of-war, croquet, and pigeon-shooting (mercifully, this “sport” was not continued).

I’m rooting for each 2012 competitor and hope that all may perform their personal best—medal or no medal.

The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.

Dear Anonymous,
Thanks for stopping by. Your comments were tagged as SPAM, probably because you didn't have the courage to state your name. But in case your accusations are sincere, I'm posting them. I fail to see the whining in this post on the Olympics, but I respect your perspective. I'm curious: Which posts did you read? I realize Lull is not the kind of blog that sparks your interest, but a few more details from you would help me understand why.
Look forward to hearing from you…

Well, Mr./Ms. Anonymous: I've just discovered who you are. You're part of the associative marketing clan, a group that accounts for most of the spam I get. But you're not very good at your game because you forgot to post the backlink to the product you represent. Everyone needs to make a buck, but I've no respect for your method. I wish you and your clan would keep your distance from Lull.
